Ana Meli Olivo
Visual development artist and writer working in animation and games. BFA in Animation from RISD, pursuing graduate studies in creative writing at Harvard Extension School. Teaches digital art and animation at Luckie Art Studio in Lexington.

Ian Wang
Filmmaker and stop-motion animator from Lexington, MA. Graduated from RISD in May 2025 with a major in Film, Animation, and Video. Produced two award-winning short films for the New Legacy Cultural Center.

Cristina Burwell
Cristina joined MCA in 2016. Her BFA in Industrial Design and MA in Ergonomics & Biomechanics led her to a former career designing products and environments for people with disabilities. After moving to Boston in 1996, she worked for Boston University as a Lecturer and GTE as a Human Factors Engineer. More recently, she chaired Lexington’s Council for the Arts and raised two children in East Lexington. Cristina is the official dogwalker of MCA ArtDog.
Wei Ding
Wei Ding is a Distinguished Professor and Executive Director of the Paul English Applied AI Institute at UMass Boston. A former NSF Program Director (2019–2023) and IEEE/AAIA Fellow, she has published over 150 papers on machine learning and data mining. She is a recognized leader in "AI for All" initiatives, focusing on expanding AI education and workforce access.

Jeannie Lu
Jeannie Lu is a Principal Software Engineer at Middleby, where she develops IoT solutions for commercial properties and connected kitchens. Prior to Middleby, she was a founding team member of Mazu Networks where she developed network infrastructure software. In her spare time, she volunteered as a FLL robotics coach in MIT Lincoln Lab’s outreach program for 5 years.

Mark Manasas
Mark Manasas is the president of the Lex Lyceum. Mark’s background is in building and leading engineering teams developing novel medical devices. Mark is also on the board of LexFarm and Lexington Zero Waste. He served on the Stone Building Feasibility & Reuse Committee and is a Precinct 2 Town Meeting Member.

Stella Shen
Stella Shen has over two decades of experience as a financial risk manager and data scientist, with roles at FICO, Citibank, and Deutsche Bank. She most recently served as Chief Risk Officer at JD Finance. She brings strong expertise in analytics, risk management, and project leadership. She also contributes to the community as a parent mentor for the Youth STEAM Initiative and volunteers with Angel Dance Company to support cultural programs and events.
